Designation: UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative UX Designer to join our team, who is motivated to turn applications into something that people like and want to use. As an UX/UI Designer, you will turn ideas into meticulously executed products, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, building the wireframes and helping our developers to code our application. You’ll partner with Marketing Department and CPO across every stage of the product development process from conception through to implementation with a focus on new features and improvements to the B2B client portal.  You will design ideas using various methods and technologies in eCommerce industry, especially user interfaces and interactions.

Technical Exposure:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• considering existing applications and evaluating their UX (user experience) effectiveness 
• considering the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
• defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications
• good understanding of information architecture
• communicating scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other people working on a product 
• working with creative directors and visual designers to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product 
• developing and maintaining design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications
 REQUIREMENTS 
• 2 or more years of experience and proven track record 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in working with agile teams 
• Good knowledge of Responsive Design 
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop and Illustrator 
• Knowledge of wireframes and prototyping tools (such as Balsamiq or Adobe XD) 
• Experience of designing data centric software B2B product solutions 
• Good time-management skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
WORK DETAILS
• We’re going to build both an eCommerce dashboard close to Shopify/PrestaShop/Magento product and eCommerce frontends.
• We need to design user flow diagrams and then all interfaces’ wireframes based on an established sitemap.
• Though Balsamiq or Adobe XD we need to add interactivity between interfaces to
