Technical Project Manager 2 – 4 Years’ Experience

Experience in eCommerce application development is a big plus.

We are looking for a detail oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee all project operations from inception to execution. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized. A good Technical Project Manager can multitask successfully under pressure.

 

 

 

Technical Exposure:

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and development of projects from beginning to end for software domains
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in. Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production
• Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
• Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
• Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget
• Oversee user testing and report results—adjust requirements as needed
• Work closely with Chief Project Manager via teams or Zoom (based in Sweden)  during all phases of the development lifecycle
• Review all work produced by the development team
• Ensure code produced meets company standards
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

 

Requirements/Skills

• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Equivalent  or similar as Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification or preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
